Declaration of data protection

SPMA Spezialmaschinen GmbH appreciates your interest in our company and its products. Below we inform you about the collection of anonymous and personal data.

Anonymous data collection

You can visit the SPMA Spezialmaschinen GmbH website anonymously, i.e. without telling us who you are. When you visit our website, our web servers in Germany store by default the IP address of your Internet service provider with which you access our website, the website from which you visit our website and the files you retrieve from us, as well as the date of your visit and general information of your browser. This data is evaluated anonymously for statistical purposes only.

Personal data may be stored in cookies on individual pages if you have expressly consented to this beforehand. Collection and processing of personal data

We only store and process personal data if you provide us with this information of your own accord, e.g. when filling out a contact form or registering for personalised services. This also applies to answering individual questions. The personal data provided within the scope of a registration or contact via form will be stored, processed and used exclusively for the purpose for which you have provided this data, unless you have given your consent for another type of use. On the website you will be informed about the intended use and, if necessary, asked for your consent for storage and processing.

Rights of the parties concerned

Of course, we will inform you in writing on request whether and which personal data about you is stored by us. Privacy policy for the use of Google AdWords

The data controller has integrated Google AdWords on this website. Google AdWords is an Internet advertising service that allows advertisers to place ads in both Google’s search engine results and the Google Advertising Network. Google AdWords allows an advertiser to pre-define certain keywords to display an ad in Google’s search engine results only when the user uses the search engine to retrieve a keyword-relevant search result. On the Google Network, ads are distributed to thematically relevant websites using an automatic algorithm and using the previously defined keywords.

The operator of Google AdWords services is Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

The purpose of Google AdWords is to advertise our website by displaying interest-relevant advertising on the websites of third parties and in the search engine results of the Google search engine and by displaying third-party advertising on our website. If a person concerned reaches our website via a Google ad, a so-called conversion cookie is stored on the information technology system of the person concerned by Google. What cookies are has already been explained above. A conversion cookie loses its validity after thirty days and is not used to identify the person concerned. If the cookie has not yet expired, the conversion cookie is used to determine whether certain sub-pages, such as the shopping basket of an online shop system, have been called up on our website. The conversion cookie enables both us and Google to track whether a person who has accessed our website via an AdWords ad has generated revenue, i.e. has completed or cancelled a purchase of goods.

The data and information collected through the use of the conversion cookie is used by Google to generate visit statistics for our website. We use these visit statistics to determine the total number of users who have been referred to us via AdWords ads, i.e. to determine the success or failure of the respective AdWords ad and to optimize our AdWords ads for the future. Neither our company nor other Google AdWords advertisers receive information from Google that could identify the person concerned. The conversion cookie is used to store personal information, such as the websites visited by the person concerned. Personal data, including the IP address of the Internet connection used by the person concerned, is therefore transferred to Google in the United States of America each time he or she visits our Internet pages. This personal data is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may disclose personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time, as already described above, by means of an appropriate setting of the Internet browser used and thus permanently object to the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the Internet browser used would also prevent Google from setting a conversion cookie on the information technology system of the person concerned. In addition, a cookie already set by Google AdWords can be deleted at any time via the Internet browser or other software programs.

Furthermore, the person concerned has the possibility to object to interest-based advertising by Google. To do this, the person concerned must access the https://www.google.de/settings/ads link from each of the Internet browsers they use and make the required settings there.

Use of Google Maps

This website uses the “Google Maps und Routenplaner” function of Google Inc. 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States (“Google”) to display and calculate geographical information and access routes. In this case, however, no cards can be displayed.

By using this website and by not deactivating “Javascript” you declare your agreement that you agree to the processing of your data by Google for the above purposes. Social Media Plugins

Social media plug-ins from Youtube are integrated into the website of SPMA SPEZIALMASCHINEN GMBH on various pages. The social media plugins and links are indicated by the respective icons of the networks.

When a social media network is accessed via a plugin or link, a direct connection is established with the social media provider’s server. Youtube records the respective website from which its services were accessed. If a user of the SPMA Website is registered with one of the providers and logged in at this time, the access to the Website may be associated with his user account.

Social media providers such as YouTube do not provide any information about which specific information is collected during the use of their plugins. SPMA therefore has no knowledge of the content, scope and use of the data collected by Youtube. Users can read more about this in the data protection regulations of social media providers.

The privacy policy of the social media networks used by SPMA can be found at the following links: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Users who do not agree to the collection of personal data on the SPMA SPEZIALMASCHINEN GMBH website by a social media provider can deactivate the plug-ins in their browser. In order to avoid a connection to an existing user account, users must log out before visiting the SPMA Website.
